Join us for summer fun at our Downtown Santa Cruz, Live Oak, and Scotts Valley Clubhouses!


We’re looking forward to another fantastic summer filled with arts & crafts, games, outdoor exploration, field trips, swimming, and summer learning. 

 

Summer Program Details:

Eight weekly sessions:  June 2nd-August 1st
Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm
Open to youth in 1st – 8th grades

Clubs will be closed June 19th and June 30th-July 4th 

Register by week or for the entire Summer! 

Cost is $275/week – early bird price thru 4/30
$300/week starting 5/1

Program Highlights

Summertime at the Club features an awesome schedule of  activities for kids of all interests. Members are placed in age-appropriate groups and have scheduled time in each of our program areas, ensuring they have a fulfilling and well-rounded experience. Programs include:

  • Summer Brain Gain: one-week modules with fun, themed academic activities aligned with Common Core standards. Each module takes a project-based learning approach.
  • Creative Arts: Individual and group projects using a variety of media, including: collage, drawing, watercolor and acrylic painting, arts and crafts, group mural projects, and much more.
  • Athletics: Daily physical activities in our indoor gym or outdoor play areas, including recreational games and skill-building activities as well as opportunities to play team sports.
  • Special Interest Clubs: including STEM, gardening, cooking, music, board games, and much, much more!

Field Trips

Each of our Clubs has an awesome schedule of programs, activities, and field trips planned for this summer.  Registration for field trips is optional and separate from summer camp registration. Space is limited, and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Please click below for additional details:

Meals, Snacks and Beverages:

 Breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks are provided by the Boys & Girls Club at no additional cost to families. Parents do have the choice to send their child with food from home, which is recommended for children with dietary restrictions or selective eating habits. Meals from home should be ready to serve, with no additional heating or cooling required. All youth are encouraged to bring their own reusable water bottle labeled with their name.
