In her role as Executive Director, Lis has the incredible privilege of helping to ensure that our Clubs are meeting the needs of kids and families throughout Santa Cruz County. Since stepping into the Executive Director role in June 2022, she has worked alongside our staff team and Board of Directors to develop strategy, raise funds, and move our organization forward in service to our Club kids.

Lis came to the Clubs following several years at the Santa Cruz MAH and the Bay Area Women’s Sports Initiative. She earned a Master’s degree in Arts Administration from Boston University and a B.A. in Art History from Scripps College. Lis loves living in Santa Cruz, is a proud mom of two kiddos, and is happiest when open-water swimming in the Monterey Bay.
