Every year, the Boys & Girls Club of Santa Cruz has partnered with the Optmist Volunteers for Youth (OVY) to send members to summer camp. Kids can attend for as little as $50/session (sliding scale)! Open to kids entering 5th – 9th grade (10 – 13 years old) next Fall. Nestled in the Santa Cruz Mountains, the camp includes hiking, crafts, swimming, games, archery and the opportunity to make new friends! The Club has lots of kids going, many repeat attendees, and several kids who go on to become Counselors-in-Training and even eventually get summer jobs as counselors! This year, members will register DIRECTLY with OVY Camp – download and fill out their registration form, choose your pricing tier, and mail directly to them.
