Smart Girls

Ages: 8 – 10 | Cost: FREE
Health, fitness, prevention/education, and self esteem enhancement program for girls. The program is designed to encourage healthy attitudes and lifestyles. Registration begins June 15th.

Swim Lessons

Group swim lessons

Ages: all | Cost: $45.00 per 2 week session
Session 1: 6/20- 6/29 (Reg Date June 15th)
Session 2: 7/11-7/20 (Reg Date June 27th)
Session 3: 7/25-8/3 (Reg Date July 18th)
Levels 2 – 4 are offered. Lessons are 2 days per week per 2 week session. Registration dates are staggered and start at 7:30am.
For help deciding which class your child belongs in, review the Swim Level requirements and skills.
Level 2: Tu & Thu 9:00 – 9:30pm
Level 3: Tu & Thu 9:40 – 10:10pm
Level 4: Tu & Thu 10:20 – 10:50pm

Swim Team / Water Polo

Ages: all | Cost: $45.00 per 6 week session
July 10 – Aug 16
Level 4 swimmers. Combo class provides basic skills and understanding of water polo and swim team competition in a recreational format. No classes during Thanksgiving week, Winter or Spring break

Basketball

Ages: 3rd graders & up | Cost: $65.00 per 8 week session
Summer league is an 8 week program focusing on maintaining and developing basketball skills over the summer months and preparing youth for the upcoming basketball seasons. Each day, time will be divided between skills camp and two to three 15 minute running clock games. Limited to 24 members per Division. Choose division based on grade child is entering. Note: Priority registration for the 2017/18 basketball season will NOT be offered this year for youth participating in Summer Basketball.

Due to limited space and increasing popularity, Club members may only register for 3 consecutive sessions of music programs before they are required to take a break for one session.

Have your children always wanted to try yoga, just like mom & dad? Now’s their chance! In Kids Yoga, taught by the amazing Daniela, children will learn proper yoga positions, practice meditation & breathing techniques, and learn the importance of listening to their bodies. Free
Sports and Fun 7 – 10 M – Th

Kids will learn about what it means to play on a team while having fun playing dodgeball, capture the flag, soccer, relay races, and other games that will make sure your youth is staying healthy & active! Youths will also receive help with mastering cartwheels, handstands, and somersaults in this energetic class. Free
Kids Workout 11 – 14 Tu – Th

Youths will learn work-out methods specifically designed to strengthen their bodies’ cores and work out their abdominal muscles. Time will be spent learning about what machines work on which body parts (and the names of those muscles), proper form, and stretching. $5
Kickboxing 8+ Tuesdays

A great workout for everyone interested in improving their fitness & stamina.Class format integrates combinations of punches, kicks, & heavy-bag work, additional muscle and motion exercises. You will have fun, reduce stress, & get an awesome workout. $35
Mixed Martial Arts 8+ Thursdays
4:10 – 5:30
MMA stands for mixed martial arts. That is exactly what our MMA class represents. It is the fusion of striking martial arts put together into a hybrid dynamic striking style that promotes health, stress relief, and personal balance. $35
Grappeling and Jiu-Jitsu 11+ Mondays
4:10 – 5:30
A class for beginners through advanced students. Classes teach the basics of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. You will start out with fundamental defense, escape, and submission techniques from varying positions along with counters to each of the techniques. $35
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu 11+ Wednesdays
4:10 – 5:30
Jiu-jitsu, or “gentle art”, teaches an individual to overcome a challenger, no matter his or her size. Brazilian jiu-jitsu accomplishes this by transitioning the fight to the ground where practitioners employ proper technique and leverage one’s own strength to defeat an opponent. $35

Builders/Makers

Students will be building/making projects like Robots, Bluetooth typewriters, drones, etc.

Fashion Design and Illustration

Students learn industry standards in design, pattern drafting, and illustration.
